WE ARE SEARCHING SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS EVENT. WE NEED...
Money to assist in bringing over the dedicated team of artists and artistes from The Netherlands.
Money to cover food & expenses.
Equipment hire, transport
Money to pay fees & expenses for our many participants.
Over and above the “in Kind” sponsorship, the cash needed is down to £6,000.00. We must find firm offers and promises before the end of May.
NEWS!
FANTASTIC NEWS! The Lincoln Hotel have just offered us accommodation for all our Trail Participants whilst here in the UK!
We now have many food stalls, catering, community groups and more joining us for the two days!
Denby Transport are providing the Lorry for our outdoor stage!
The University of Lincoln is providing us the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre & Engine Shed Facilities for this event along with marketing & publicity contributions. This equates to about £10,000 of “In Kind” Sponsorship!!
Lincoln B.I.G have given us City Square for the 19th June and Castle Square too. They are also loaning the Stalls for the market events.
St Swithin’s Church on Broadgate are running art, crafts & music events for the festival.
The Drill Hall are turning over the Armoury Cafe to EHOA for a music venue at lunchtime on the 19th.
Multi Talented Artistes will be meeting in Lincoln 2010
